We knew the jobs are back , the idea of walking into a shopping mall with a resume is path breaking !
Furthermore ,I give a thumbs up to the recruitment team for coming out with this idea . They have truly put the horse before the cart .
The customer orientation and the employee orientation is visibly taken on the same , platform ..... wall ! So appreciate the organization for it. !
